All Canadian customers will be charged retail sales tax. The appropriate provincial retail sales tax will be applied to the total purchase, according to the place of delivery (an order with a shipping address to Nova Scotia will be charged the provincial retail sales tax for that province). US and international customers are not charged sales tax, however purchases shipped to the US could be subject to domestic taxes and duties.
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. All domestic purchases will be shipped using Canada Post. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. US and International orders will be shipped using FedEx.
We offer three options for shipping:
STANDARD SHIPPING: A flat-rate shipping fee of $9 (Canada) and $11 (US) will be applied to all total purchases. While we wish this could be lower, this is the base rate for the size and weight of one of our t-shirts to be shipped (standard) by Canada Post. We're working on lowering this cost for our customers as we increase in capacity.
Approximate shipping times i) within Canada = 4-6 business days; ii) the US = 5-15 business days; iii) International = 10-20 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited deliveries will be charged extra at a flat-rate of $15 (Canada/US) $20 (international) depending on location.
*Once we ship the package the responsibility lies with Canada Post/FedEx. Please use their phone or online services to track your package and/or get information on your order.
*All customers are responsible to pay any duties and taxes levied by their home country.
*Delivery duration = shipping + ordering processing times.
DELIVERY (Local Orders Only - East Toronto ) $5 delivery fee charge for local orders. East Toronto (South- Queen Street / North - Danforth / West - DVP / East - Vic Park)
It's very important to us that you're completely happy with your purchase! If there is a problem and you're unsatisfied with your order, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate any reasonable claims for refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges need to be unworn, in proper condition to resell, and in their original packaging. We will issue the refund once the item is received and checked for quality. Refunds or exchange claims must be made 10 business days after the item arrives.
Customers wishing for refunds or exchanges will be responsible for any shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges that are lost in the transit.
All SALE items are final.
